Norway - Lofoten

Calling Lofoten a Paradise of far North is not an exaggeration in the slightest. There are not many places in the world with such a dramatic natural settings. Steep mountains rising high right from the sea, never ending sunsets, picturesque fishing villages and romantic beaches - those are just a few of many charms Lofoten can provide. On top of that all, there is plenty of granit. And of a prime quality as well! Many people love Lofoten for the trad-climbing possibilities but we will aim for bouldering. There are many beautiful bouldering spots at Lofoten. Some of them are small, some large, some are well developed, some teem with potential. Join us for a 10 day journey and visit the best of them.

Your journey will start by arriving to Bodo -  a small town with even smaller airport on the shores of Norwegian sea. Depending on the arrival time of the whole group, we will start by bouldering at the nearby beach spot or board the ferry to Moskenes and Lofoten. There the adventure begins. We will sleep most nights in different places, be it in the wilderness it the heart of the bouldering spots and secret beaches or in the campsites where you can enjoy luxury of a hot shower. The sun still sets only for a brief while and there is no complete darkness to speak of so the days are long and active. We will boulder a lot but also do many beautiful hikes, do some sightseeing through the fishing villages and major cultural landmarks of Lofoten.

The best part, is that you can come with only your clothes and climbing shoes packed in a backpack checked in as a cabin baggage as we will provide you everything from the camping equipment, crashpads and chalk to cutlery and utensils.
